It is both a privilege and a pleasure to welcome you to Redlands Primary School as Headteacher. Over the past year, I have seen first-hand the warmth, commitment and character that make Redlands such a special place.

At Redlands, our children are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to be part of a federation that values high expectations, inclusion and community. Our vision is that every child – and every adult – continues learning, growing, improving and achieving their very best.

Our recent improvement journey has enabled us to make strong progress as a school and we are determined to build on that success. There is always more to do: our focus is on ensuring every child has access to a broad, rich curriculum while also strengthening wellbeing and inclusion so that both children and adults can thrive.

Partnership with families is central to all we do. Parents and carers play a vital role in their child’s education. Together we can ensure that Redlands continues to grow as a place where everyone feels valued, supported and ambitious for the future.
