SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (SEN LSA)
POSTIONS AVAILABLE FOR ASAP START
Salary Scale: RG4 L5-11 £23,500 - £25,979 pro-rata for part time staff
1 position available: 32.5 hrs per week, term time only + INSETS
We are a happy, nurturing and ambitious school proud to serve the local East Reading community.
We are seeking energetic and dedicated people who enjoy supporting children with additional needs to join our dynamic teams working within the mainstream classroom setting and our specialised additional resourced bases.
The successful candidates will:
- Have a good standard of written and spoken English
- Be motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be resilient, flexible and proactive
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support under the guidance of our experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos).
- Work as part of a dynamic team to facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with personal care needs ensuring the dignity and respect of all students.
- Implement customised learning activities and monitor student progress.
- Contribute to the development of support plans that cater to individual student needs.

Qualifications:
